Through STRUXEN FIELD Construction Services, Tim brings more than 40 years of hands-on construction experience, including 10 years as a Senior Commercial Superintendent. We help contractors who need experienced field leadership, temporary superintendent coverage, project assessments, oversight, and closeout support without necessarily adding another full-time employee.
Our Construction Recruiting services build on that same understanding of the industry. We believe finding the right people starts with real conversations, not simply sorting through résumés. We take the time to understand both the people we're representing and the companies looking for experienced talent.
