Need a fresh set of experienced eyes on your jobsite?

Led by Tim LaCasse, STRUXEN FIELD Construction Services provides practical, on-site construction consulting and field support throughout Southwest Florida. We help contractors identify concerns, prioritize next steps, and keep projects moving—from field assessments and superintendent coverage to mentoring and closeout.

Practical Support. Five Ways We Can Help.

Temporary Superintendent Coverage

Field Assessments & Multi-Project Oversight

On-Site & Off-Site Construction Consulting

Experienced field leadership when there is a gap.

Planned time off, unexpected absences, staffing transitions, and demanding project phases can leave contractors needing experienced support in the field.

STRUXEN FIELD provides temporary superintendent coverage within an agreed scope, helping maintain daily coordination, communicate work priorities, follow up with subcontractors, and track outstanding items.

We work alongside your project team to understand current conditions, establish priorities, and keep the project moving forward.

On-Site & Off-Site Construction Consulting

Field Assessments & Multi-Project Oversight

On-Site & Off-Site Construction Consulting

Experienced guidance. Practical solutions.

Not every construction challenge requires someone on-site full time. Sometimes a contractor needs an experienced perspective, help working through a problem, or additional support making decisions.

STRUXEN FIELD provides flexible construction consulting, both on-site and remotely. We help contractors evaluate project concerns, construction sequencing, subcontractor coordination, communication breakdowns, and everyday operational challenges.

Whether we're walking the jobsite or reviewing a situation from off-site, our focus is understanding the problem, identifying priorities, and helping your team move forward.

Construction Mentoring & Field Leadership Support

Know what's happening, even when you can't be everywhere.

Managing several projects can make it difficult to maintain a clear picture of progress and outstanding concerns.

STRUXEN FIELD provides field assessments through one-time or scheduled site visits. We review observable progress, workmanship, coordination concerns, and outstanding items.

Photos, prioritized observations, and practical action lists help contractors stay informed and determine where attention is needed.

Experience shared. Stronger teams developed.

Even capable field professionals benefit from having someone experienced to work through challenges with.

STRUXEN FIELD provides practical mentoring and leadership support for superintendents, assistant superintendents, and developing field leaders.

Through jobsite conversations, guidance, and hands-on collaboration, we help strengthen communication, planning, coordination, and everyday field decision-making.

Construction Closeout Support

Finish strong. Follow through on the details.

The final stages of a construction project can be some of the most demanding. Outstanding work, punch lists, inspections, subcontractor follow-up, and documentation all require attention.

STRUXEN FIELD helps contractors organize remaining items, identify priorities, coordinate follow-through, and maintain visibility as projects move toward completion.

Our goal is to help your team bring the work across the finish line with fewer loose ends.
